Located in the Countryside area of Clearwater/Dunedin, we are just minutes from Tampa, St. Petersburg and the beaches. This area has many locations of interest and fine restaurants all within a quick five-minute drive.
The Pinellas Trail (the longest urban trail in the United States) bisects the town center of Dunedin. Parks, colorful landscaping and interesting architecture add to the area’s beauty.
Honeymoon Island, the Dunedin Causeway and the beaches are only minutes away, as well as shopping, dining and entertainment. Accessible only by boat or ferry from Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island was named America's No. 2 beach in 2006 and 2007; in 2008, it was awarded the honor of the Top Beach!
If you are a sports fan, our area is the spring training home to the Philadelphia Phillies and the Toronto Blue Jays.
