Grande Bay is located in the community of Clearwater, which is nestled between Tampa Bay to the east and the Clearwater Harbor on the west. Only the Memorial Causeway separates Clearwater from the beautiful and world famous Clearwater Beach. Currently the third largest metro area in the Tampa Bay region, our community has much to offer!
Clearwater and Countryside Malls, local stores and boutiques, fabulous restaurants, parks and sports complexes are all conveniently located. Clearwater is in close proximity to the Tampa International and St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airports.
The Pinellas Trail is the longest urban trail in the United States winding through Clearwater’s parks, waterways and neighborhoods. It is a great trail to bike, walk, run, or rollerblade!
Coachman Park, located in downtown Clearwater frequently offers fabulous concerts and music festivals. Ruth Eckerd Hall is a spectacular local venue featuring top national and international musicians, artists and performers.
If you are a sports fan, our area is the spring training home to the Philadelphia Phillies, and we’re just across the bridge from Raymond James Stadium, the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers!
