Pet Policy
Cats and small dogs are allowed with written authorization. Cats must be declawed. All pets must be spayed/neutered.
There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 and a monthly fee of $25 per pet. We allow the following number of pets per apartment: 1) one or two cats, or 2) one dog, 50 lbs or less.
