Neighborhood Information
Mentor-on-the-Lake is a small city with only 1.6 square miles in area and has no industry. Located close to major highways and Interstate 90, it's an easy commute to downtown Cleveland.
Mentor-on-the-Lake has four parks to enjoy. Overlook Beach and Mentor Beach Park are located on the shoreline of Lake Erie and offer amazing views of Northeast Ohio's famous sunsets. John R. McMinn Memorial Park is ten acres of activities, including playground equipment, a small basketball court, a soccer field and three baseball fields. Andrews Road Park offers two tennis courts and two baseball fields.
Students will attend school in the Mentor School District. Lake Elementary is the only school located within Mentor-on-the-Lake.
